The only flaw I noted is the use of some odd ASCII characters in the explanations of these color codes, such as this one:"A “code also” note instructs that two codes may be required to fully describe a condition, but this note does not provide sequencing direction."Fortunately, these explanations seem to be the only place those strange characters appear. I hope this will be corrected in an upcoming edition.
